A nationwide giveaway of 1 million free seed bombs to children, a collaboration with Bitesize and a total takeover of Green Park station were just a couple of the activations conceived to drive awareness of David Attenborough’s Green Planet. Over 4.5million viewers streamed the first episode which entered iPlayer’s Top 10 most watched titles between Jan - March 22 and contributed to a record breaking quarter for the platform.

The marketing campaign entered the BBC’s top 10 campaigns ever for positive brand perceptions and intention to watch amongst U35s, and cemented the BBC as market leader for natural history programming.
